Pillow Forms / Cushion Inserts
Our indoor / outdoor pillow forms (also referred to as cushion inserts) are manufactured in our factory. Each pillow form is filled Outdoor Pillows with all-new 100% microfiber fill (Synthetic Down) in a white polypropylene (non woven) shell. You must use a waterproof cover for it to work as an outdoor pillow. The Microfiber Fill is processed by a state of the art pillow machine, with only all-new Microfiber Fill, ensuring top-of-the-line Canadian quality.

Pillow Form Quality
We take great pride in the quality of our pillow forms and make an effort to maintain our high production standards. Our Total Quality Manufacturing(TQM) process is designed to minimize flaws and provide a consistent product. Each cushion insert / pillow form is weighed before being packed and shipped. For larger production runs, customers are able to specify their desired fill weight in order to meet precise requirements.

What Size Pillow Form?

Our pillow forms are by default stuffed with a generous amount of fill which ensures that your cushion covers will be fully filled out. Other manufacturers skimp on the fill weight to reduce costs - we do not. If you can't find the size you need, we can custom make just about any size imaginable thanks to our on-site cutting & sewing capabilities.
